CRM Specialist

At Mercedes–Benz Hungária Kft., we are currently recruiting for the following open position to our Budapest head office:


    As CRM Specialist you will be responsible for:

    • supporting system implementation, maintenance and support for all Business Units in Hungary
    • supporting and reporting to the CRM Manager
    • database management, improve data quality – working together with dealers
    • preparation of monthly reports, analyzing the figures
    • providing complex support for all CRM related topics to stakeholders
    • managing customer journey activities (acquisition, loyalty, re-qualification)
    • working on marketing and CRM harmonization
    • participation in yearly / campaign / project planning
    • marketing campaign management in CRM system 

    We expect:

    • University degree or equivalent in related field (Marketing / Business Administration)
    • 1-3 years of work experience with CRM system or to be interested in it
    • Ability to adapt to different cultures
    • Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English (German is an advantage)
