At Mercedes–Benz Hungária Kft., we are currently recruiting for the following open position to our Budapest head office: 

Administrative support

    Main tasks and responsibilities:

    • full marketing budget follow up and controlling for all Business Units in Hungary reporting to the Head of Marketing and PR
    • yearly planning cycles (planning of next year as well as the monthly and quarterly plan updates)
    • preparation of monthly reports, analyzing the figures”
    • business partnering for Marketing and PR managers with the right level of constructive challenge and complex support
    • process, contract and invoice administration
    • travel coordination and administration

    Requirements:

    • University degree in related field (Business, Finance, Marketing)
    • 2 -3 years of work experience in business administration (preferably in an international work environment)
    • High level of Excel knowledge
    • Ability to adapt to different cultures
    • Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English (German is an advantage)

    • Strong analytical skills, ability to pay attention to details
    • Very good understanding of processes and drive for continuous improvement
    • Highly organized, self-starter with the capability to work under pressure
    • Strong customer-service orientation– familiar with working with a range of partners
