• Identifying new lead acquisition channels (digital, partner, event, content)
• Optimizing customer touchpoints
• Development of lead magnets (content, tests, registration incentives)
• Onboarding and qualification of new prospects
• Validation and enrichment of new CRM records
• Determining level of interest and mapping motivation
• Creating personalized communication paths for segments
• Managing handover logic in case of purchase intent
Processing of existing customer data:
• Customer and CRM data analysis
• Identifying upsells and repositioning opportunities
• Developing customer insights
• Data-driven recommendations for campaigns and communication
• Performance measurement and reporting
Data- and insight-based support to dealers:
• Creating data visualizations and reports
• Providing input for: campaign objectives, model launches, event targeting
Requirements:
• Experience in CRM and marketing
• Min 3 years of experience in related fields
• Fluency in written and spoken English (German is an advantage)
• Driving licence and active driving skills
